Personal Assistant

• Providing executive personal assistance and secretarial support
• Liaising with the managers of all departments
  
• Coordinating team members
• Diary and agenda management
• Internal and external correspondence
• Managing projects

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
• At least three (3) years experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong administration and time-management skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
